Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies for our Tools & Outdoor brands, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across platforms
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
Oversee the creation, curation and scheduling of high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform and audience
Monitor, analyze, and report out social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring activation in trends that are aligned to brand messaging
Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration
Manage the social media and influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
Proven track record of leading social media strategies for multiple brands
Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
Demonstrated capability in making data-driven decisions
