About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies for our Tools & Outdoor brands, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across platforms
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
  • Oversee the creation, curation and scheduling of high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform and audience
  • Monitor, analyze, and report out social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring activation in trends that are aligned to brand messaging
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration
  • Manage the social media and influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Proven track record of leading social media strategies for multiple brands
  • Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated capability in making data-driven decisions
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
