About the role
- Responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies
- Partner with Global Brand team to ensure alignment on campaign look and feel, as well as brand messaging
- Develop media plans and define campaign objectives alongside the Digital marketing team and external agencies
- Manage brand budget, including forecasting, management of PO invoicing process and preparing monthly budget tracker
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, and Shopper Marketing
- Work with the Creative Studio team to create meaningful and relevant content for marketing campaigns and new product launches
Requirements
- 5+ years of in house brand marketing experience, preferably working in a large matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
- Experience in Brand Campaign Development & Execution
- Experience with launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content & messaging strategies
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills that can manage internal/external partners with varying degrees of knowledge
- Strong business acumen, including financial/budget management skills
- Exceptional project management, organizational and communication skills
