Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 5+years of strategic sourcing experience driving change in large organizations
- Experience managing Enterprise Labor
- Proven experience developing and implementing category strategies
- Complex commercial and contractual negotiation skills
- Experience in advanced sourcing techniques and tools
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis, cost modeling, financial risk management
- Strong positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
