About the role
- Manage day-to-day anchor agency relationships
- Drive sales/increased market share
- Ensure agency representatives are educated around product and solutions offerings
- Provide monthly sales reporting updates to individual agencies
- Plan and execute bi-annual principal meetings
- Execute agency training meetings annually
- Manage network user profiles and access
- Address branch IT issues
- Set up new SAP access accounts for branch associates
- Mirror field updates for agencies (NPD releases, Sales aids, Samples, Demo materials)
- Lead monthly number updates call
- Conduct quarterly business reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years with Anchor sales experience
- Jobsite or construction knowledge required
- Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, CRM Tool
- Channel marketing experience is a plus
- Up to 30% travel
