About the role

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project management of creative initiatives across all global markets as a remote employee.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers and producers across multiple regions, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of global creative projects including campaigns, product launches, branding initiatives, and digital content.
  • Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, product, and regional teams to define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources; proactively identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for global project status and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, gathering feedback, and optimizing workflows.
  • Ensure creative deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and market-specific needs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the global creative project management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in creative project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams and projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-channel creative projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of creative processes, marketing campaigns, and brand management in a global context.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
