Lead and oversee end-to-end project management of creative initiatives across all global markets as a remote employee.
Lead and manage a team of project managers and producers across multiple regions, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of global creative projects including campaigns, product launches, branding initiatives, and digital content.
Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
Partner with creative, marketing, product, and regional teams to define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources; proactively identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Serve as primary point of contact for global project status and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, gathering feedback, and optimizing workflows.
Ensure creative deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and market-specific needs.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the global creative project management team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in creative project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams and projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-channel creative projects on time and within budget.
Deep understanding of creative processes, marketing campaigns, and brand management in a global context.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
