About the role
- Design, Test, Maintain, and Troubleshoot complex integrations between Supply Chain and Finance applications including Workday
- Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk
- Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use
- Lead small to medium complexity software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows
- Take ownership of low to medium complexity issues and act as a liaison between customer and other support staff to facilitate resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION SYSTEMS OR A DIRECTLY RELATED FIELD OF ENGINEERING
- Certification in relevant applications preferred
- 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in healthcare or technology
- Experience with 2 major implementations or upgrades preferred
- Experience with API integrations and AI tool implementation preferred
- 5+ years of supporting process flow, configuration design and integration of SCM systems like Workday or Lawson
