About the role
- Assist in the performance of operational aspects of designated unit(s)
- Provide mentoring and leadership support to unit staff
- Supervise provision of quality, therapeutic and cost-effective patient care
- Assist Patient Care Manager in administrative functions
- Coordinate and direct patient care operations for assigned shifts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Knowledge of current theories, principles, practices, standards in the nursing profession
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure
