About the role
- Create CRM strategies for clients’ Klaviyo accounts under your management.
- Create editorial calendars.
- Write briefing documents to guide our designers and copywriters in creating emails.
- Maintain client relationships (reporting, recurring calls, responding to client inquiries).
- Track KPIs and analyze CRM campaign performance to draw insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Propose new initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM or e‑commerce.
- In addition to strong synthesis and analytical skills, you have a keen interest in client relations.
- You are rigorous, curious, proactive, and humble.
- You are energetic and not afraid to think outside the box.
- You are committed, eager, and highly motivated.
