About the role
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners
- Understand customer challenges and align them with our robotics solutions
- Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customer
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or related technology fields
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
