About the role

  • Work with sales and customers to design solutions around the Standard Bots RO1
  • Go into the field to install, program and verify Standard Bots solutions
  • Support customers as they find new and innovative ways to use Standard Bot’s RO1
  • Develop proof of concept systems at the facility in Glen Cove, NY
  • Develop supporting materials such as sample code, white papers and application notes
  • Assist in-house engineering with the design and testing of features and integrations
  • Develop marketing collateral to help grow the customer base
  • Travel up to 50% domestically Monday to Friday to assist customers
  • When not traveling, spend approximately 80% of time in the office in Glen Cove, NY

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in complex environments or relevant educational experience in automation including basic electrical, programming and mechanical
  • Self driven, optimistic, creative, and resourceful
  • Strong technical background
  • Clarity of Communication: excel in written and verbal communication
  • Impact driven and prioritizes execution
  • Proactive simplicity: prioritize simplicity, reliability, and velocity
  • Excelling in dynamic and ambitious environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically Monday to Friday
  • When not traveling, expected to be in the office in Glen Cove, NY ~80% of the time
