About the role
- Oversee cross-functional projects spanning content, video, design, development, paid media, social, and web
- Manage cross-functional projects ensuring deliverables completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals
- Apply project management best practices and tools to drive collaboration across internal and external teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Manage scope changes, risks, and issues proactively; propose solutions to keep projects on track
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and blockers
- Support adoption and improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates
- Balance workload in a fast-paced creative environment and proactively address challenges to keep projects moving forward
- Drive visibility into program health, identify risks, and surface prioritization and resourcing challenges
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience working with stakeholders and a variety of teams (creative, development, production)
- Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to set deadlines and coordinate multiple projects
- Track record of successfully delivering projects under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with ability to see the bigger picture
- Superior organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of project management software (Workfront, Asana, etc.) and methodologies
- Understanding of creative, editorial, web content, and marketing deliverable lifecycles
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach
- 2+ years working within a PMO environment (standout)
- Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environments (standout)
- Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to influence without authority (standout)
