About the role
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to craft intuitive, mobile-optimized designs that help users get more done with less effort.
- Own the mobile design strategy from end to end; create responsive flows, wireframes, and prototypes prioritizing thumb-friendly layouts, limited screen real estate, and quick interactions.
- Simplify Complexity – transform detailed, multi-step workflows into simple, elegant mobile and desktop experiences within enterprise contexts.
- Lead projects through all phases from discovery and user research to iterative design, handoff, and refinement with a bias toward mobile usability.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product workflows, enhancing automation, personalization, and speed-to-value.
- Conduct research and usability testing with a mobile lens, understanding context such as interruptions and one-handed use.
- Present design concepts clearly with strong rationale; communicate tradeoffs and constraints when adapting features from desktop to mobile.
- Help evolve Stampli’s design system with mobile-specific components and patterns to support consistent cross-platform experiences.
- Stay on top of mobile UX trends, AI integration patterns, and platform-specific best practices (iOS and Android).
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/product design experience, with a strong emphasis on mobile-first design.
- Proven success designing intuitive, user-friendly solutions for complex B2B workflows, especially for mobile platforms.
- Experience designing for mobile gestures, bottom navigation, responsive layouts, and device limitations.
- Demonstrated ability to spot and address UX friction in mobile contexts (e.g., form entry, receipt capture, approval actions).
- Experience with AI-enhanced product design, especially where automation or intelligent suggestions improve speed and accuracy.
- Skilled in Figma, and comfortable collaborating with engineers to translate designs into production-ready solutions.
- Strong UX research and testing skills, with a mobile-first lens.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work across US and Israel time zones.
- A portfolio that showcases mobile-first designs with AI-powered interactions and clear UX thinking.
