About the role

  • Report to FinTech Operations Manager and work closely with partners, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize payment processing platform
  • Provide expert support to customers and partners on payments functionality including ACH, checks, credit cards, and cross-border payments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex payment issues quickly and accurately, escalating when needed
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify bugs, log feature requests, and test new releases
  • Monitor payment workflows, flag risks or anomalies, and ensure compliance
  • Update standard operating procedures and document areas for improvement
  • Use AI-driven insights and tools within Stampli to spot trends, reduce resolution times, and enhance support
  • Partner with Customer Success to deliver a seamless experience for customers
  • Seek opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive retention through excellent service

Requirements

  • Proficiency with electronic payments, including ACH, cross-border wire transfers, credit card transactions, payment gateways, and handling disputes
  • 2+ years of experience supporting payment platforms and working with third-party payment processors and/or credit card issuing companies is a plus
  • Experienced in B2B support, preferably within a FinTech environment is a plus
  • A strong understanding of financial technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage and scale support operations in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success teams
  • Organized, curious, and motivated to learn
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to leverage AI and automation to detect trends in payment issues, anticipate customer needs, and provide proactive solutions
