About the role

  • Lead or assist with Deltek Ajera implementations, including system setup, configuration, and customization
  • Ensure seamless integration of Ajera with existing client systems and business processes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows, business requirements, and goals
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored Ajera-based solutions
  • Coordinate with internal SN project teams, including developing and executing project plans to ensure client success
  • Adopt SN tools and processes to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
  • Conduct training sessions to enable client teams to effectively use Ajera
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Analyze client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency
  • Develop and implement best practices for project management and accounting procedures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and strategic guidance
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their investment in Deltek Ajera

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Deltek Ajera
  • 5+ years of project management experience (preferred)
  • Controller-level accounting expertise
  • Strong understanding of project management and accounting principles, particularly within architecture and engineering firms
  • Passion for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
