Data Scientist

• - Own and grow our governance practice, frameworks, artefacts, and the operating models we recommend to clients. This will span data ownership, stewardship, quality, lineage, classification, retention, and access, and the regulatory overlays specific to Irish and UK health and social care.
• - Shape and lead our engagement methodology, from discovery and workshops through strategy into delivery.
• - Lead the change side of client work: stakeholder engagement, adoption, data literacy uplift, standing up governance committees, and operating-model changes.
• - Hire and grow the team of consultants and analysts who deliver this work across both markets.
• - Become a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, DPOs, CIOs, Heads of Quality and Regulation, and boards. Build relationships that position Stalis as a long-term partner.
