About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, outreach to, and engage target clients in ecommerce, creative operations, and international marketing teams
- Own end-to-end planning of private events in key cities worldwide
- Bring together thought leaders from advertising, marketing, production, and localisation industries
- Develop and execute pre- and post-event email/CRM campaigns and digital outreach
- Ensure event communications are on-brand, compelling, and optimized for conversion
- Oversee event budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Analyse event performance and demonstrate ROI on event investments
- Act as a brand ambassador at key marketing events
- Promote Locaria and build a network with senior marketers
- Collaborate with the global growth team on content development and inter-agency partnership initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years in outbound business development or B2B event management
- Experience focused on high-touch, targeted executive-level sales engagement
- Ideally, experience in creative, marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS technology industries
- Experience planning, designing, and executing brand-centric events aligned with business objectives
- Understanding of digital marketing integration within event strategies, including email marketing/CRM and paid social advertising
- Advanced proficiency in English, written and spoken, required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to craft persuasive and on-brand messages
- Ability to travel internationally
- Familiarity working with different cultures
- Exceptional project management skills and keen attention to detail
- Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-changing, varied, collaborative, and social environment
