About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define a cohesive creative strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
- Translate marketing goals into innovative concepts and executions
- Establish creative standards across all brand communications
- Direct asset development across internal comms, external collateral, web/digital, and event activations
- Oversee production from concept through final delivery
- Provide clear direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and external partners
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative briefs and gain alignment
- Present concepts and strategies to senior leadership
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging techniques
- Lead integrated campaigns spanning print, digital, video, experiential, and emerging platforms
- Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team
- Oversee freelancers, vendor and agency relationships
- Foster a collaborative, innovative creative culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 + years of experience in creative, brand, or design roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and multi-channel creative work
- Proven ability to lead creative strategy and execution across multiple products or business lines
- Experience managing internal teams and external agencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
