About the role

  • Set up, manage and run the full cycle of localisation projects
  • Prepare and analyse files using our CAT tool and integrated project management system
  • Create orders in our management platform and keep project admin updated at all times
  • Liaise with internal and external linguists, allocate jobs and monitor workflows
  • Communicate with clients
  • Follow QA processes and comply with relevant and applicable procedures
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (briefs, TMs, glossaries/TBs, style guides)

Requirements

  • Translation, linguistic, communication or media degree/qualification
  • Track record in localisation project coordination preferred
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Being a native speaker of one more language is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to work – bringing ideas and questions to the team
  • Proven writing / translation / reviewing experience nice to have
  • Passionate about languages
  • Knowledge of CAT tools (e.g. Phrase)
