About the role
- Set up, manage and run the full cycle of localisation projects
- Prepare and analyse files using our CAT tool and integrated project management system
- Create orders in our management platform and keep project admin updated at all times
- Liaise with internal and external linguists, allocate jobs and monitor workflows
- Communicate with clients
- Follow QA processes and comply with relevant and applicable procedures
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (briefs, TMs, glossaries/TBs, style guides)
Requirements
- Translation, linguistic, communication or media degree/qualification
- Track record in localisation project coordination preferred
- Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
- Being a native speaker of one more language is a plus
- Ability to work independently, great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work – bringing ideas and questions to the team
- Proven writing / translation / reviewing experience nice to have
- Passionate about languages
- Knowledge of CAT tools (e.g. Phrase)
