About the role
- Adapt global creative assets for local markets, ensuring brand consistency, technical correctness, and cultural relevance across regions.
- Execute high-quality artworking and production for digital and print assets, from first adaptation to final, delivery-ready files.
- Perform advanced image manipulation (product, packaging, layout, colour correction).
- Prepare production-ready files with full awareness of formats, specs, channels, and downstream requirements.
- Act as a brand guardian, applying and helping evolve visual identity systems across assets and markets.
- Collaborate closely with other designers, project managers, brand teams, external agencies, and other partners to deliver work that is both fast and right.
- Support your team by translating concepts into scalable, localised executions.
- Contribute constructively to creative discussions: flagging risks, suggesting smarter executions, and improving workflows.
- Present adapted work and final assets clearly and confidently to stakeholders when needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design, artworking, or production roles within agency or in-house environments.
- A strong foundation in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual systems.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of DTP, prepress, and print production.
- Confidence working across digital formats (social, banners, web).
- Experience with localisation workflows, asset versioning, or automation tools is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of motion/video (After Effects, Premiere) and basic animation or storyboarding is welcome.
- Familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a big advantage.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset (you know when to push back and when to execute).
- A strong online portfolio showcasing production-heavy, multi-format work.
- Fluency in English.
