About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience. 🤝
- Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help. 📝
- Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm. 💬
- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions. 📋
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts. 📅
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support. 🔄
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork. 📑
Requirements
What you’ll need- Holds a bachelor’s degree. 🎓
- Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers. 💼
- Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. 📆✉️
- Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). 🏅
- Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. 🏅
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. 🔒
- Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. 💻
