About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
  • - Has at least **one year of experience working in a U.S. litigation law firm.** 💼
  • - Holds a bachelor's degree in law or a related field. 🎓
  • - Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
  • - Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple cases and deadlines. 📌
  • - Has proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and document preparation. 📚
  • - Has experience supporting civil litigation, personal injury, employment law, insurance defense, or similar practice areas. ⚖️
  • - Is skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. 💻
  • - Can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. 💪
  • - Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌎
  • - Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ⚡
