About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
- - Handle email correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of executives
- - Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Personal & Household Support:
- - Coordinate personal errands and day-to-day tasks
- - Assist with household management and vendor coordination when required
- - Support personal logistics and planning for the executives
- Travel Support:
- - Travel internationally, primarily to the United States, as needed
- - Provide on-site support during travel, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules and arrangements
- - Assist with general household oversight during travel periods when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Valid U.S. visa (required) with the ability to travel internationally on short notice
- - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- - Strong organizational and time management skills
- - High level of discretion and professionalism
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- - Comfortable working flexible hours when needed
- - Experience supporting high-level executives is strongly preferred
- - Positive attitude, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset
- Preferred Qualifications
- - Comfortable in family-oriented environments and able to adapt to household settings
- - Positive disposition toward children and pets
- - Experience with childcare support or household assistance is a plus
- - Previous experience coordinating international travel
