About the role

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Two years of networking experience
- A college diploma or equivalent is required
- It is essential to have outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as take instruction from team members
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and strategies
- Knowledge of network routing and switching infrastructure technologies
- Basic knowledge of Voice over IP technologies
- Outstanding analytical ability with attention to detail
- Excellent back-office skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook Visio, and Excel)
- Exceptional analytical ability with attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership and a sense of project ownership
- Experience with Linux and Asterisk is a significant advantage.
