Accounting Manager

• Create internal and external legal documentation for technology transactions.
• Invoice leasing partners, compile funding packets, and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Complete file reviews upon successful funding and ensure workflow readiness.
• Maintain accurate records for returned assets, including proper fixed asset valuation.
• Assist with adjustments and documentation for existing technology leases and agreements.
• Provide responsive support to customers, leasing partners, internal teams, and sales reps.
• Maintain organized and accurate paperless filing systems.
• Process end-of-term leasing quotes, internal invoicing, and wire transfers.
• Monitor weekly reporting to ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Validate pricing structures, margins, and documentation for sales transactions.
• Prepare and validate commission statements.
• Provide backup support to team members and assist across territories as needed.
• Attend required company and department meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
