About the role
- Create internal and external legal documentation for technology transactions.
- Invoice leasing partners, compile funding packets, and submit documentation in a timely manner.
- Complete file reviews upon successful funding and ensure workflow readiness.
- Maintain accurate records for returned assets, including proper fixed asset valuation.
- Assist with adjustments and documentation for existing technology leases and agreements.
- Provide responsive support to customers, leasing partners, internal teams, and sales reps.
- Maintain organized and accurate paperless filing systems.
- Process end-of-term leasing quotes, internal invoicing, and wire transfers.
- Monitor weekly reporting to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Validate pricing structures, margins, and documentation for sales transactions.
- Prepare and validate commission statements.
- Provide backup support to team members and assist across territories as needed.
- Attend required company and department meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, billing, or contracts administration
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors
- Highly organized with strong time/task management and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter with independent judgment and problem-solving skills
- General accounting knowledge required
