Customer Service Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide responsive, high-quality support across tickets, email, phone, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
- Collaborate with the support team via Slack and Google Workspace
- Manage and track customer interactions using Gorgias
- Adapt to customer needs without relying on strict scripts
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer support processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Must have prior experience in multi-channel support (tickets, email, phone, chat)
- Excellent written and spoken English; natural, conversational communication style
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
- Willing to work night shift
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus
