About the role

  • Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders
  • Document and track defects, issues, and testing results
  • Create and maintain regression testing documentation
  • Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders to validate fixes
  • Ensure releases meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Assist in improving testing processes and documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Testing Analyst
  • Strong experience in UAT coordination and QA testing processes
  • Experience creating test cases, test plans, and regression documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other testing/issue tracking tools
  • Experience supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
