About the role

  • Gather and document requirements
  • Analyze gaps and translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate project delivery
  • Document current state processes through observation, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Coordinate project completion, documentation, and transitions to close with internal teams.
  • Communicate project scope, objectives, and changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support testing and validation to ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation
  • Experience writing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
