About the role

  • Maintain and support our Salesforce instance for 400+ users across Sales and Service Cloud
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including user account creation, profile and role management, permission sets, and password resets
  • Manage objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and other configuration settings to ensure Salesforce aligns with business needs
  • Build and maintain automation processes using Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales, service, and leadership teams
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the Salesforce platform
  • Manage change sets and deployment processes across environments (Sandbox Production)
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational policies
  • Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new features and support ongoing initiatives
  • Provide user training and documentation to enhance adoption and system proficiency

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features including Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Flows, and Approval Processes
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with change sets, deployment processes, and environment management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is nice to have
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus
