• Research and identify potential corporate gifting clients using LinkedIn, web searches, and other lead sources
• Reach out via email, social media, and other channels using provided scripts
• Qualify leads by understanding company size, gifting needs, and budget range
• Schedule calls and meetings between qualified leads and Corporate Sales Specialists
• Keep detailed records in Zoho Desk (CRM)
• Support post-sale follow-up by pulling tracking data through Shopify and sharing order updates
• Assist Inside Sales team during high-volume seasons (especially holidays)
