• Update and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
• Prepare journal entries and accruals for monthly and yearly closings
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting schedules
• Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Track and record fixed assets and depreciation
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Make sure all accounting records follow company policies and accounting standards
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
