• Oversee operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties
• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers
• Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues
• Assist in managing leasing activities including advertising, coordinating property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes
• Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades and coordinate larger renovation projects
• Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements
• Oversee properties' financial performance, draft budgets, track actuals to budget, and recommend strategies to maximize financial outcomes
