About the role
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements in partnership with personnel across departments.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into detailed user stories.
- Review business processes from beginning to end and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Document business needs and convert them into clear system requirements specifications.
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through enhanced processes or new technical solutions.
- Provide recommendations on system upgrades, software enhancements, and modifications.
- Support strategy development related to process optimization.
- Assist both end users and software developers by providing clarification on requirements and system behavior.
- Troubleshoot software issues and support resolution efforts.
- Conduct basic hardware or software repairs as needed.
- Configure software systems in alignment with documented requirements.
- Prepare and deliver reports related to software analysis or system performance.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements.
- Familiarity with user story creation and Agile project environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and support system configuration.
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
