Requirements

What you’ll need

California Workers' Compensation experience — required
Prior experience as a Workers' Comp Referrals Coordinator
Experience preparing, submitting, and following up on RFAs
Strong understanding of the California workers' compensation referral and authorization process
Experience coordinating with insurance companies, adjusters, third-party administrators, patients, and providers
ModMed experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience working within a California-based medical practice preferred
