About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create visually appealing designs that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals
Develop and maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials
Design marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded assets for various campaigns
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a professional appearance
Create engaging graphics, carousels, banners, infographics, and promotional materials for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
Design website graphics, banners, landing page visuals, icons, and other digital assets
Create visuals that support SEO, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives
Design creative assets for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display ads, and retargeting campaigns
Create high-converting visual content for paid advertising initiatives
Design professional presentations, pitch decks, investor materials, reports, and corporate documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding, and social media design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
