About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
- Introduce company products and services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on every call.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
