About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, edit, and finalize legal documents and briefs for submission.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and court requirements.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to maintain consistency and quality in filings.
- Provide insights and recommendations for case improvement where applicable.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active U.S. Bar Membership in at least one state (required).
- Experience in SSDI law or fluency in Spanish (required — either qualification acceptable).
- Strong legal writing, editing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Must reside outside the U.S. (overseas candidates preferred).
