About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners.
- Develop joint business plans and sales strategies with partners.
- Train and enable partners on products, positioning, and sales processes.
- Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
- Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance.
- Support partners with presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
- Track partner performance using CRM and provide regular business reviews.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of channel sales, business development, or partner management experience.
- Experience as a Parking Operator a plus.
- Proven success building and growing indirect sales channels.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
