Management Accountant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparation of monthly financial reports, including P&L and balance sheets
- Supporting project cost tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Assisting with budgeting and cash flow management
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Supporting audit processes and tax compliance obligations
- Partnering with operational teams to provide commercial insights and improve performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial systems, processes and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preferred)
- Experience in construction, civil, mining or project based environments highly regarded
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost control and commercial analysis
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high performing team
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders across the business
