About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and meet set sales KPIs
  • Respond promptly to client and provider enquiries with professionalism and care via phone and email
  • Manage rostering, scheduling, and related administration tasks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and service processes
  • Support team members and foster a collaborative, client-focused culture
  • Maintain customer records, manage office diary, produce documents/spreadsheets, enter data and print reports as required
  • Meet KPIs including outbound calls, qualified appointments booked, conversion rates, and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Healthcare industry exposure or knowledge (NDIS or healthcare providers) desirable but not essential
  • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to generate and close opportunities
  • Experience with the Australian market highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
  • Ability to work independently, handle KPIs, and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
