About the role
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and meet set sales KPIs
- Respond promptly to client and provider enquiries with professionalism and care via phone and email
- Manage rostering, scheduling, and related administration tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and service processes
- Support team members and foster a collaborative, client-focused culture
- Maintain customer records, manage office diary, produce documents/spreadsheets, enter data and print reports as required
- Meet KPIs including outbound calls, qualified appointments booked, conversion rates, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Healthcare industry exposure or knowledge (NDIS or healthcare providers) desirable but not essential
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to generate and close opportunities
- Experience with the Australian market highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
- Ability to work independently, handle KPIs, and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
