About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the implementation and ongoing management of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust dataLayers to support accurate tracking and scalable analytics
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Contribute to Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) analysis, including evaluating test performance and delivering clear recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define tracking requirements and ensure high-quality data collection
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decision-making, with a keen focus on the user experience on digital platforms
  • Contribute to improving analytics processes, documentation, and tracking standards
  • Support the Data & Insights manager with developing client’s data strategies and planning
  • Own ongoing and regular website reporting activities
  • Recommend optimisations to a digital experience based on research and data driven insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and/or Adobe Analytics, including hands-on implementation experience.
  • Strong experience developing systems that focus on understanding the user experience on a digital platform, deriving insights and making actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising tools and systems (CDPs, digital ads platforms) and integrations with wider analytics systems.
  • Experience designing and managing dataLayers and tracking frameworks
  • Proficiency in building dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, or PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of other visualization tools is welcome.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying datasets (e.g., BigQuery or similar platforms)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to clients
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
