About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain our Shopify website (core responsibility)
Create and update landing pages, collections, homepage campaigns, and promotions
Ensure site reliability and accuracy at all times (“don’t break the site”)
Upload, manage, and optimise products and pricing where required
Manage and optimise Amazon, eBay, and Kogan stores
Optimise listings beyond basic uploads (SEO, collections, structure)
Monitor performance and troubleshoot sales drops or issues
Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Perform keyword management and ongoing optimisation
Conduct SEO optimisation across Shopify and marketplace platforms
Create basic marketing assets using Canva (banners, promos, flyers)
Support EDM/email marketing activities
Publish light social media content when needed (low priority)

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in marketing and e-commerce
Strong hands-on Shopify experience (non-negotiable)
Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms end-to-end, not just listings
Experience with Amazon, eBay, and/or Kogan
Working knowledge of Google Ads and performance optimization
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
Comfortable using analytics tools to solve problems
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
