Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce lead times, and optimize warehouse operations.
Plan and execute stock replenishment strategies to ensure consistent availability of products.
Design and report on metrics for the supply chain and procurement functions.
Utilize inventory management software and systems to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
Update master data within QAD to ensure effective operations of ERP.
Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to align inventory management with overall business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related fields is preferred, with strong emphasis on experience within a manufacturing environment to understand production workflows, inventory movements, and operational constraints.
Solid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) principles, including planning parameters, lead times, BOM structures, and the ability to interpret and action MRP outputs effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make accurate, data-driven decisions that support production planning and inventory accuracy.
Proficiency in inventory management software, QAD ERP systems, MRP modules, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights, planning outcomes, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records, data validation, and ensuring alignment between system information and physical stock.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
