Bookkeeping Officer
Staff Domain. Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, collections, credit management, and account maintenance .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, collections, credit management, and account maintenance
- Follow up outstanding debts, manage delinquent accounts, and coordinate recovery actions when required
- Process daily bank receipts, including foreign currency transactions, and accurately allocated payments
- Prepare monthly AR and customer account reconciliations and post general journals
- Create and process periodic invoices (freight, advertising, rebates, intercompany charges)
- Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities
- Respond to dealer and internal finance queries and provide trade references
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, WHS, and ethical standards
- Broad, hands ‑ on bookkeeping role with end ‑ to ‑ end ownership
- Collaborative finance team environment
- Stable role with strong exposure to core finance operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in an end ‑ to ‑ end bookkeeping or accounts receivable role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and credit control
- Experience using SAP (Fiori) and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication skills.
