About the role

  • Source top talent leveraging job boards, social media, and networking to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
  • Leverage sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, relationship-building, and consultative selling to attract and engage top talent.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the team and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to continue developing within the recruitment industry.
  • Experience in Recruitment Sourcing, preferably in the Australian Market.
  • Experience in government or ICT recruitment is highly regarded.
