About the role
- Seminar management: You support the organization, delivery and follow-up of internal seminars – from communication and room booking to coordinating with trainers, documenting attendance and issuing certificates of participation.
- Internal communication: You carefully contribute to the maintenance and further development of the intranet presence and support the editorial preparation of content.
- Presentation creation: You produce appealing, audience-oriented presentations to showcase the offerings of Personnel Development.
- Seminar development: You actively contribute to the conception and development of target-group-specific seminar packages and support their content design.
- Learning Management System: You assist with the administration and updating of the LMS and help ensure its reliable operation.
- In addition, you accompany and support the Personnel Development team on other internal projects and tasks and contribute your own ideas to optimize our processes.
Requirements
- Studies: You are currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in a bachelor’s or master’s program for at least one more year and ideally study Business Administration with a focus on HR, Business Psychology, Personnel Management or a comparable field.
- Knowledge: You are interested in personnel development topics and ideally have initial experience with project work.
- Software: You are confident in using common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Personal qualities: You demonstrate quick comprehension, initiative as well as a structured and quality-conscious way of working. Teamwork, reliability, commitment and an ability to work independently round off your profile.
