About the role

  • You develop and implement financing concepts for projects in public transport (ÖPNV), energy and infrastructure.
  • In close coordination with Executive Management, you provide strategic advice on capital structure, liquidity planning and long-term corporate financing.
  • You act as an interface between group controlling and group finance and analyze cash flows.
  • By evaluating investments and equity participations, you derive well-founded recommendations for action to further develop the group strategy.
  • You prepare meaningful financial analyses, decision papers and presentations for Executive Management and committees.
  • In addition, you further develop finance and controlling processes and lead (sub)projects in financing and controlling.

Requirements

  • A completed university degree in business administration, finance or accounting.
  • Several years of experience in financial controlling (preferably in a group/corporate environment), corporate financing and consolidation.
  • Familiarity with financing instruments such as loans, leasing, grants/subsidies or capital market instruments.
  • Experience with consolidation software (e.g., LucaNet) and SAP FI/CO.
  • Sound knowledge of commercial and corporate law as well as financial statement analysis.
  • Very good German language skills and experience working with BI tools.
