About the role

  • Independent, timely execution of the monthly payroll in accordance with collective agreements and social security and income tax regulations
  • Point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters, including payroll
  • Maintenance and verification of master personnel data and timekeeping records
  • Handling of reporting and certification matters (e.g., social security notifications, employment certificates)
  • Preparation of HR-related statistics and analyses
  • Participation in the ongoing optimization and digitalization of our HR processes and tools

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification in payroll accounting
  • Professional experience in personnel administration and extensive knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining provisions, income tax and social security legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Structured, independent working style, strong team skills and a high service orientation
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
