About the role
- Independent, timely execution of the monthly payroll in accordance with collective agreements and social security and income tax regulations
- Point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters, including payroll
- Maintenance and verification of master personnel data and timekeeping records
- Handling of reporting and certification matters (e.g., social security notifications, employment certificates)
- Preparation of HR-related statistics and analyses
- Participation in the ongoing optimization and digitalization of our HR processes and tools
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification in payroll accounting
- Professional experience in personnel administration and extensive knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining provisions, income tax and social security legislation
- Proficient in MS Office
- Structured, independent working style, strong team skills and a high service orientation
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
