About the role
- The program alternates between study at DHBW Mosbach and practical work in our planning team at SWBB.
- From day one you will work on real projects and, alongside the theoretical foundations taught at the university, learn the practical nuances of application.
- You will also have the opportunity to observe the practical implementation of planning on construction sites.
- From the second year onward you can actively contribute to your own projects during the practical phases and gain valuable experience—mentored by experienced planners.
- The program concludes with a bachelor’s thesis in which you will largely apply the skills acquired during your studies independently.
Requirements
- General university entrance qualification (Abitur) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) (with a passed DHBW aptitude assessment) and a good grade average
- Strong skills in mathematics and the natural sciences
- Interest in technical and economic contexts
- High motivation to learn and strong performance orientation
- Initiative and ability to work well in a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
