About the role
- Strategic, independent procurement of technical product groups and general supplies (e.g., consumables, PPE/personal protective equipment, workwear, office supplies, operating resources, vehicle fleet)
- Strategic management, optimization and further development of procurement
- Execution of complex tenders and procurement procedures in accordance with UVgO/VgV, including procurement strategy, evaluation and documentation
- Negotiation and conclusion of high-level contracts and framework agreements
- Market analyses, development of category strategies and supplier management/development
- Management of vehicle procurement including leasing, tendering and supplier management
- Technical point of contact both internally and externally
- Providing professional support to junior purchasers and taking on project leadership responsibilities
Requirements
- Several years of procurement experience in a technical environment
- Solid knowledge of procurement law (UVgO, VgV)
- Confident negotiation skills and experience in contract management
- Independent, analytical and structured working approach
