About the role

  • The program alternates between studies at DHBW Mosbach and work at our planning team within Stadtwerke Bietigheim-Bissingen (SWBB)
  • From the very beginning you will work on real projects and, in addition to the theoretical foundations taught at the university, learn the details of practical application
  • You will also have the opportunity to observe the practical implementation of planning on-site at construction sites
  • From the second year onward you can actively contribute to your own projects during the practical phases and gain valuable experience — supported by experienced planners
  • The program is completed with a bachelor’s thesis, in which you will largely apply the skills learned during your studies independently

Requirements

  • General university entrance qualification (Abitur) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) (with passed DHBW suitability test) and a good grade point average
  • Strengths in mathematics and the natural sciences
  • Interest in technical and economic relationships
  • High willingness to learn and perform
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
